Mac Has Done it Again…MacBook Air
Apple has done it again…
It has just released a preview of the world’s thinest notebook/laptop to be available soon in stores.
At its thinest point, it’s just 0.16 inches while its thickest part (near the hinge) is 0.76 inches.
Although it is not the fastest laptop nor one with a huge storage capacity (about 80 gigs), I like some of the following features of the MacBook Air:
- It’s great for travel (only weighs 3 pounds), especially on a plane. I enjoy my MacBook Pro, but it is definitely bulky to travel with on planes. The 13.3 inches screen is definitely helpful.
- The new touchpad features (including pinching, stretching, three finger options, rotation, etc.) look great! It uses some of the same kind of touch features as the iPhone.
- I like its wireless, bluetooth, and digital video outputs.
I know I can’t afford one [unless someone would like to buy me one…:)]. Nevertheless, I can enjoy it vicariously through the demo on their website or through some of you who could actually afford it.
Enjoy…if you can…
