InvisiblePeople.tv Movie Trailer
My good friend Mark Horvath, Founder of InvisiblePeople.tv, just released a new movie trailer for a film he is making to end homelessness. This is most definitely a film we all need to watch. It documents the reality of homelessness as well as the surging movement of people who are seeking to end it.
Mark is one of the most inspiring people I know. He will challenge you with new insights, provide practical insights towards involvement, and remind you of what it means to care for humanity. our own city (Upland) has finally realized there is a homeless situation (over 200) and we are asking that they be called by their names, not a classification label. I have seen a great many cities having ‘homeless outreaches’ what if we just call them ‘community gathering’? As it is they ARE part of the community.
I don’t like being reffered to as the ‘bald guy’. Don, Kathy, Emilio, James, Shaun, Tammy, Nina, Billy, Ron, Gerald, etc all have names. People feel better about themselves when they are known by their own names (whether made up or not).
