Speechless.
I’m continually amazed by the caliber of people that gather for Ideation Conference each year. The eclectic mixer of backgrounds, specialties, and passions facilitates a unique environment for innovation, unexpected connections, and a collaborative move towards good.
I left this year not only inspired, but with a tribe of people who are committed to each other succeeding in social good. It wasn’t about competition or pitching a new campaign or product. It was really about loving humanity & investing good…together.
We also focused on implementing well and creating actionable next steps. Inspiration took a back seat to perspiration this year. The commitment and ability to execute ideas resonated deeply with our participants.
The complexity of our world’s problems require us to think more intentionally and intelligently about solutions.
I love being a part of Ideation.
Several newcomers to the conference said that he felt he belonged. They mentioned that the quality of content was as good as anything they have been to, but the spirit of allowing everyone to come to the table was unique. In other words, they didn’t feel that they had to be elite to participate, even in the presence of thought leaders in social good. There was a deep sense of humility that is difficult to articulate around our tribe. Simply good.
I’m anxious to hear how the new relationships that were formed at our event will lead to the creation of more social good.
Thank you for being a part of Ideation! Our team continually expressed last night as to the privilege of serving this great community.

I had a wonderful time. The content was fantastic, but I think maybe even more valuable than the content was the relationships and connections made. What an inspiring group of people! Thanks for putting it together! I’m so glad I was able to come.

Thanks so much for the note Karen. It was a pleasure meeting you! Have to love our tribe.

It took me a full day to even begin to process the Ideation experience. As one who is committed to the church and humanity, I walked away with an even deeper desire to collaborate the church with those who are committing themselves to social good- whether faith based or not. Looking forward what happens from here…
Ideation, Social Good, & Making it Happen
That’s a great takeaway Stephen…someone asked me if cared more for working in the church or out in the world…I said I care about the church caring about the world…
And don’t just look forward to what happens…make it happen : )

Aside from getting sidetracked and interjecting my .02 to Stephen : ) I really wanted to say I appreciate your investment in calling this tribe together…it’s truly unique, which makes it inherently risky… and so I guess I’d say I appreciate you risking yourself for people like me.

Thanks Jesse. It’s always to curate conversations with brilliant people like yourself. Honored and humbled to say the least.

Charles — Thanks again for sharing your heart and creating an amazing space like the Ideation Conference. Our community is already finding ways to push forward with things I’ve brought back.
As an introvert, I often find myself overwhelmed in conference-type settings, but this tribe is so life-giving to me. Knowing I’m among like-minded folks who, even though they’re leaps & bounds ahead of where I’m at, are open to collaboration is humbling and inspiring
