Leading a faith community is no easy task!
It’s a role filled with high expectations and standards. It’s no wonder why very few people do this well.
Periodically, I have the privilege of speaking to faith leaders about topics like innovation, leadership, and idea implementation. I look forward to these rare opportunities because I know that faith leaders have a lot to offer our world. I consider it an honor to be a resource to their efforts.
Recently, I was a webcast guest for the Willow Creek Association, a global faith-based organization and creators of the Global Leadership Summit, During this interview, I shared some thoughts from my book, “Good Idea. Now What?“, about idea-making, collaboration, branding, and organizational leadership with a special emphasis on how faith leaders could implement these concepts into their context.
Whether you are a faith leader or not, I think you’ll find some useful insights into idea-making in the webinar embedded below. Enjoy!
