I recently blogged about the launch of a new organization called One Day’s Wages founded by a good friend of mine Eugene Cho.

I had the privilege today of interviewing Eugene about his journey to starting this amazing organization. I wanted you to hear some down to earth insights about non-profit work and the collective sacrifice it takes to do things well. I hope this video will be a source of inspiration, encouragement and challenge.
