Free Training on Accessing Federal Funds for Community Organizations
Each year, federal agencies provide billions of dollars in grant funding to serve communities in need. Many community organizations are not accessing these resources to support their efforts.
My friends at YOU’RE NEXT are facilitating a free 2-day training workshop (March 16-17, 2011 in Pasadena, CA) to teach the skills, develop the relationships, and gain the confidence to write a competitive proposal for federal funding.
I think this will be a great gathering and resource for any serious about funding their efforts towards community impact. Here’s a pdf flyer of the event:
