Bono & The Good News on Poverty

Could the end of poverty be within sight?

Bono, in this compelling TED talk, thinks so. Using some of the latest data from global efforts to end extreme poverty, hunger, and disease (especially in Africa), Bono makes the case that if we harness our current momentum, we can indeed move towards 0% percentage of people living in extreme poverty (i.e., people living on less than $1.25 per day) by 2028.

Could it be true? Is it possible?

I think it’s worthy goal that we should all participate in. Please take a moment and take in some good news on poverty!
