Storytelling & Social Impact with Sevenly
During our last i2i Social Entrepreneurs event, I had the pleasure of interviewing Dale Partridge, Dale Partridge, the CEO and Founder of Sevenly.org, a social good company that partners with one qualified nonprofit each week to sell products designed for that charity’s cause, with seven dollars from each product sale being donated to the charity. We talked about the power of storytelling in the work of social impact. He gave several practical insights into to the paradigms and praxis of how Sevenly integrates stortytelling into their work.
Since it’s launch in June 2011, Mashable and Los Angeles Times have named Sevenly one of the fastest growing social good companies in the country. In two years, Sevenly has given over $2.5 million in $7 donations to charities across the globe. Dale is an author, avid speaker and has been featured in various publications including the cover of Entrepreneur Magazine, INC Magazine, Mashable, Fortune, Forbes and the Los Angeles Times.
